Professor Bouba Adji Mohammadou (PhD) is a food scientist specializing in microbiology and food safety. A graduate of Yaoundé, Ngaoundéré, and Brest universities, he has taught microbiology and molecular biology since 2005. He has supervised numerous theses, published 40 research papers, and currently serves as Director of Ngaoundéré’s University Institute of Technology.
